Job Overview

Reed Property & Construction is seeking a skilled Stock Asset Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying Planned Replacement Requests, investigating complaints, and conducting stock condition surveys.

About the Position
  1. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Building Surveying & stock condition surveying, as well as a degree level building qualification or equivalent.
  2. Strong technical ability and HSE experience are also essential, as well as knowledge of current statutory regulations and codes of practice.

The hourly rate for this position is £35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and approve Planned Replacement Requests from Repairs and other departments.
  • Investigate complaints within the region, providing detailed outcome reports.
  • Conduct stock condition surveys to maintain asset lifecycle replacements and ensure value for money.
