Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Torbay area. As an SEN Outreach Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children and families to provide individualised support and promote their overall well-being.

Your Key Tasks:
  1. To provide high-quality support to children with SEN in outreach settings, adapting your approach to meet the needs of each child.
  2. To develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  3. To contribute to the development of education plans and assessments, working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

  • A full-time contract with flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm).
