Junior Supply Chain Planner Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Parkside Office Professional. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders for our distributors, liaising with the warehouse, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely resolution of queries and efficient shipping of goods.
  • Develop and implement demand planning and reporting strategies to optimize sales, stock, backorders, and shipment schedules.
  • Support the Account Management team in implementing new business initiatives, product lines, and projects to improve operational efficiency, which may involve extensive ERP development.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in logistics or supply chain management, or recent graduation in Supply Chain Management with a strong desire to kick-start your career.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum.
  • A fully office-based role with the possibility of hybrid working (2 days at home) after 6 months' probation.
  • A performance bonus scheme, with discretionary bonuses based on company and personal performance.

Location: Stockley Park, with on-site parking available.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM if preferred).
