Supply Chain Graduate Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Supply Chain Graduate to join our team at General Mills. As a Supply Chain Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting our growth and agility in the Supply Chain Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain plans.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform supply chain decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
