Delivery Governance Specialist

Overview

Shawbrook seeks a skilled Delivery Governance Specialist to support the next phase of our product and technology transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will provide centralised risk management and governance support to our change teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Collaborate with delivery squads to identify and mitigate risks across the Group's strategic change portfolio.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Work with delivery leadership to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations through regular testing and quality control assessments.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Group, Function, and Franchise risk teams to align change governance and risk management with business expectations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of risk assessments, QA reviews, and governance activities. Prepare detailed MI for senior management and regulatory oversight as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Group's governance and risk management framework.
Salary and Benefits
