We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s home teams in Burnley and Accrington. If you have a passion for making a positive impact on young people’s lives, this could be the perfect role for you.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing children’s homes, with experience in leading teams and developing staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the homes, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and maintaining relationships with external partners.

As a leader, you will be expected to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. This includes identifying areas for development, implementing changes, and monitoring progress.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
