Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting all care staff on their shift, ensuring best practices are maintained. You will also be responsible for assisting residents with daily personal care, support nutrition, and promoting independence.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will facilitate social and recreational activities, enhancing residents' quality of life. You will also identify and report any safeguarding concerns immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and support all care staff on your shift.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Carer or similar role in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care.
  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
