Key Responsibilities- Process financial transactions accurately and in accordance with financial regulations.
- Produce reports and statistics to inform financial decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for departmental queries and provide assistance to team members on system-related matters.
- Liaise with relevant teams on queries related to expenses, invoices, and financial data management.
- Process interdepartmental transfers and expense/travel claims efficiently.
- Support the admin team with requisitions and purchase orders.
- Update financial records and investigate discrepancies in accounts.
- Provide ad-hoc support to senior members of staff.
- Manage stationery stock and replenish as required.
- Working knowledge of financial processes and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of formulas.
- Sound knowledge of MyFinance system.
- Higher Education experience is advantageous.
