Senior Manager Professional Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Professional Qualifications Team in Baker Street. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and developing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities will include managing the team, developing and implementing processes, and ensuring compliance with professional qualifications policies. The role requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a background in professional qualifications, preferably within a large professional services firm. They will have a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex information to stakeholders, and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Professional Qualifications Team, including the performance management of two direct reports.
- Develop and implement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Ensure compliance with professional qualifications policies and procedures.
- Communicate complex information to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a large professional services firm.
- Proven track record of managing teams and developing processes.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of professional qualifications, including ACA, CTA, ACCA, and CIMA.
- Experience of Workday is desirable.
- Direct relevant work experience is preferred, including professional examinations training.
