At BDO LLP, we're seeking an exceptional Professional Qualifications Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about professional development and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic and ambitious environment.

We're looking for someone with excellent management skills and experience of managing teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of our professional qualifications and managing a team of direct reports. If you have a strong understanding of professional qualifications such as ACA, CTA, ACCA and CIMA, this could be the perfect role for you.

The successful candidate will have experience of Workday, bonus and promotions data, and apprenticeships. They will also be able to work closely with HR and Finance to develop our programme of on-going care, coaching and advice to our early in career (EIC) students.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including agile working, flexible hours, and opportunities for career progression.
