We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage all guest interactions, resolving any issues in a polite and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the guest experience
