We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Firefighters - Community First Responders.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the community, working closely with local residents to provide emergency services and support when needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working with a supportive and dynamic team. Requirements- Be over 17.5 years of age at the time of application.
- Have a strong desire to support the local community.
- Be enthusiastic about working as part of a team.
- Have a reasonable level of personal fitness.
You must be able to respond to emergency calls quickly and effectively, while also maintaining a high level of physical fitness. As a Firefighter - Community First Responder, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions in high-pressure situations.
Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is approximately £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, paid holidays, and opportunities for career development.
