Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Candidate Source. Based in Uckfield, you will be responsible for processing sales and purchase orders, managing customer and supplier invoices, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Process sales and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage customer and supplier invoices, ensuring prompt payment and resolving any discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Liaise with the goods in/out team to manage regular stock takes and ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Follow up on potential sales enquiries and direct them to the sales team as necessary
  • Prepare and send marketing packs, as well as arrange mail and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with document editing and other general administrative duties
Key Skills and Experience
  • Previous office administration experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £21,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience
