About the Client
Experis UK is working with a leading public sector client to recruit a Head of Business Transformation who will be responsible for establishing a transformation function within an established organisation.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to scope, shape, and embed a new transformation system and transformation functions. They will lead the transformation team in the embedding of transformation activity into teams and new behaviours across large-scale, complex transformation projects and programmes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading change control and governance, building change capability within organisations, and applying business transformation and implementation best practice in a complex environment.
Desirable Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies, and will have experience in applying these to successfully implement and embed change across an organisation.
