Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our new 2-bed EBD home in a stunning converted farmhouse setting. As a dynamic leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring exceptional care and support for the children.

The Role:
  • Manage the home's operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Lead a team of professionals, fostering a positive and open culture.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans and therapeutic strategies tailored to each child's needs.
  • Build strong relationships with external professionals, local authorities, and families to ensure the best outcomes for the young people.
Requirements:
  • A Registered Manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Residential Management) or equivalent.
  • Experience managing an EBD home, with a strong understanding of the challenges and rewards.
  • A dynamic leader who thinks innovatively and can develop creative solutions to challenges.
  • A passion for improving the lives of children and young people and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting their welfare.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach.
