Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the operations of our nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, including staff management, curriculum development, and parent communication.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with staff to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with families and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
  • Proven experience in a childcare setting, with leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education and developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
