Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Develop and implement energy conservation programs to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team to maintain high standards of maintenance and repair.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and engineering.

Requirements

  • Certificate in a specialized field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, or Plumbing.
  • Current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work.
  • Experience in the Maintenance Department of a large hotel, hospital, ship, and/or restaurant complex or similar.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
