Day Shift Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Day Shift Technician to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Day Shift Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintenance of air handling units, fan coil units, and other mechanical equipment
  • General plumbing maintenance, including fixing leaks and flushing drains
  • Electrical maintenance, including rewiring and changing sockets
  • General carpentry and painting/decorating tasks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building services, preferably in the FM/Hospitality sector
  • 18th Edition certification (desirable)
  • Career-driven and proactive individual
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
