About the Role
The Senior Care Assistant position at Barchester Healthcare involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents. As a senior team member, you will supervise and lead a team of Care Assistants, while also collaborating with the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and reviews.Your Expertise Matters
To succeed in this role, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You must also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for compassionate individuals who can provide individualised care and support to residents. With ongoing training opportunities, there is no limit to how far your career can progress within our organisation.Compensation Package: £27,500 - £32,500 per annum
