About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our care team on a bank basis.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in various areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, respecting their dignity and preferences at all times.
Your warm and welcoming approach will contribute to creating a positive environment that promotes the well-being of our residents.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
You will be a natural people person, with excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
