As a highly valued member of our Home Care Team in Guildford you’ll use your experience to actively and positively support our Care Assistants and ensure the smooth running of our award winning services.

**You’ll need**
- Proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions
- An understanding of person-centred care & support provision
- Excellent communication & strong teamwork skills
- Experience in supervising & coordinating staff
- IT literacy
- Patience, compassion & a positive attitude
- A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work
- The ability to prioritise & multitask

A driving licence & access to a vehicle
