Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at SRS Partnership Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring optimal plant throughput.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to plant downtime to ensure maximum throughput.
- Repair and replace damaged equipment.
- Interrogate, fault find, and resolve problems on company equipment.
- Participate in and close out assigned tasks for summer and winter overhauls.
- Repair and overhaul plant and equipment as required.
- Complete work permits and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified (electrical or mechanical bias).
- Relevant experience in a heavy mechanical facility.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated individual with strong customer focus.
