Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at SRS Partnership Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring optimal plant throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to plant downtime to ensure maximum throughput.
  • Repair and replace damaged equipment.
  • Interrogate, fault find, and resolve problems on company equipment.
  • Participate in and close out assigned tasks for summer and winter overhauls.
  • Repair and overhaul plant and equipment as required.
  • Complete work permits and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified (electrical or mechanical bias).
  • Relevant experience in a heavy mechanical facility.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
