Multi Skilled Operations Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Operations Engineer to join our team at Winsearch. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, modification, and installation of equipment in our manufacturing facility to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct PPM servicing and reactive maintenance on site services, including compressors, pumps, electrical systems, oil pipelines, water, and effluent systems.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase line OEE and prevent downtime.
  • Design and implement electrical control systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project manage and install capital assets in conjunction with the Factory Manager.
  • Perform general maintenance and building repairs as required.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Qualified through time served experience or qualification to work on food production equipment.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards.
  • Multi-skilled with electrical and mechanical experience.
