  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teaching assistants to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on pupil progress, addressing any concerns and celebrating achievements.
  • School Activities: Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips.
  • Pupil Relationships: Build positive relationships with pupils to foster engagement and success in learning.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree-level education.
  • Experience: Proven experience teaching GCSE English at the secondary level.
  • Special Education Experience: Experience working with pupils with SEMH or additional needs in an educational setting.
  • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • DBS Check: Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
What We Offer:
  • Career Advancement: Opportunities for career growth and advancement in a supportive and inclusive team.
  • Ongoing Support: Regular professional development opportunities to help you excel in your role.
  • Meaningful Impact: The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who deserve high-quality, tailored education.
