Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Occupational Hygiene Consultant to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. As a key member of our AVOH team, you will play a senior role in providing day-to-day support on operational delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the definition of the current and future market, market drivers, and service offerings of the AVOH team.
  • Develop and deliver an annual AVOH team plan on business development and sales.
  • Provide tender responses to client requests for work and input into large bids.
  • Manage resources in the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to budget.
  • Provide high-quality technical consultancy to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation, national and international standards, and technical developments within the relevant field.
  • Exemplify excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Operate in line with Bureau Veritas Core Values and Code of Ethics.
Requirements
  • Technical consulting background.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills.
  • Understanding of line management responsibilities.
  • Ability to encourage others to develop new skills and enhance existing ones.
  • Ability to think globally and locally when developing and communicating objectives and strategies.
  • Strive to improve performance and use innovative methods to achieve this.
  • Good understanding of commercial risk.
