Funeral Arranger Role

We are seeking a Funeral Arranger to join our team at Co-op Digital.
This is a part-time role that offers a competitive salary of £12.62 per hour, plus benefits.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will support clients by organising family visits and answering guest questions.
They will also ensure all regulated work, like selling and advising on our funeral plans, is referred to a 'certified colleague'.
Building positive relationships in the local community is key to this role.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering great service and building relationships.
What You'll Do- Organise family visits and answer guest questions.
- Refer regulated work to certified colleagues.
- Build positive relationships in the local community.
- Hold the fort at the funeral home.
- Support with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
- A passion for delivering great service and building relationships.
- No previous experience necessary, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
