Co-op Funeral Care Team Member

Job DescriptionAs a Funeral Arranger, you will play a vital role in supporting clients by organizing family visits and answering guest questions. You will also ensure that all regulated work, such as selling and advising on funeral plans, is referred to a certified colleague.
This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy, as you will be working with families during their most vulnerable times. You will need to be able to build trust and rapport with families, while also providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.62 per hour, plus benefits including:
- 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores all year-round
- 10% off other brands in our food stores all year-round (doubles to 20% on the Friday and Saturday after payday)
- Discounts on other Co-op products and services
- 23 days' holidays (pro rata, rising with service)
- A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
