Job Description

The ESPFA is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the management and development of their educational programmes. This role will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:

  • To conduct monitoring visits at our programmes to ensure teaching and coaching standards are met.
  • To conduct monitoring visits at our programmes to oversee student behaviour and pastoral support.
  • To provide staff cover when required for tutors or coaches who are unavailable.
  • To liaise with the senior management team on a daily basis and provide monthly reports on staff performance, standards and student academic progress and behaviour.

Requirements:

  • A teaching qualification is essential for this role.
  • Hold an FA Level 2 or UEFA C licence coaching qualification.
  • Possess a full driving licence and own car.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
