Job Summary:

We are seeking a Transaction Support Services Director to join our global Finance team at Kennedys Management Services Ltd. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team that provides proactive transactional support for billing and collections.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop a team of experts who provide efficient and effective billing solutions, maximizing collections and reducing lockup.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior management and partners, collaborating to identify opportunities for improving billing processes and accelerating collections.
  • Work closely with other Assistant Managers and the team to resolve queries and issues, utilizing collective knowledge and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure consistent staffing practices regarding holiday, sickness cover, performance, and recruitment.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in leading transactional teams, with a strong track record in goal setting, performance management, recruiting, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to streamline data reporting, create meaningful information, and analyze trends.
  • Familiarity with legal and insurance sectors is beneficial, but a commercial mindset and target-driven approach are essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to adapt to changing requirements.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
