We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Yvonne Lewis Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our children's home and ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our young people.
About the RoleAs Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, overseeing the delivery of care and support services, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority requirements. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive successful registration with Ofsted and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
- Provide leadership and supervision to your team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement high-quality care plans and risk assessments to meet the needs of our children.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority requirements, maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding and quality of care.
- Significant experience of working within a similar setting and managing Ofsted inspections.
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or be committed to achieving the qualification.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Passion and commitment to making a positive difference to the lives of young people.
