Customer Service Role

Resourcing Group Ltd is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service professional to join our Housing team. As a Housing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of tenancy and estate management services.

Main Tasks:

  1. Provide high-quality customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Support the delivery of tenancy and estate management services, ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered to a high standard.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Estimated Salary: £13-£16.80 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella). We offer flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options, and opportunities for career growth.
