We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Project Supervisor to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the fire door team, ensuring all staff conform to H&S procedures, and reviewing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with new legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the fire door team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of fire safety services
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with H&S procedures and fire safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fire safety and reduce risks
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
- Extensive technical fire knowledge, including fire doors and joinery procedures
