About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hazelmere House Care Home. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal training programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and compliant with relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • NMC-Registered: You hold a valid NMC pin and are committed to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
