Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Electronics Specialist

This role is primarily 5 days a week out of our Edinburgh office. Some flexibility may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work alongside and support the production and repair sections.

Working with the NPI team, you will introduce new processes to the facility, create any required documentation, source the tooling and fixtures, and train the staff.

You will monitor and report on various quality KPIs and lead process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong industry experience in an Electronics Manufacturing environment
  • Coming from an Electronics background
  • PCBA & Box Build experience would be highly beneficial
  • Experienced in New Product Introduction
  • Experienced in optimizing & improving processes with a strong continuous improvement mindset
  • Have a strong & methodical way of working
  • Be a strong problem solver
  • Ability to lead a small team, setting daily objectives and monitoring output

Requirements:

  • Security clearance
  • UK resident for a minimum of 3 years
