- Oversee and manage a team of up to 150 people, including senior professionals.
- Collaborate with peers to drive business success and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with external regulations, including health and safety protocols.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of operational regulations and experience in demonstrating this in practice.
- Past experience in operational management, looking after a large team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss project processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- A full UK driving license.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
