About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Cost Management Expert to join our team as an M&E Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting a retail sector fitout contractor with various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost planning, contracts administration, and cost control
  • Site visits to inspect project progress
  • Development of cost plans and coordination with site/project teams
  • Management of subcontractor costs and queries
  • Participation in project meetings and reviews
