About the Role

As a Tesco Customer Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company on the road, delivering excellent customer service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for delivering our customer shopping trips, ensuring that every customer receives their order on time and to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Loading and unloading delivery vans, ensuring that all products are handled and stored safely
  • Collecting payments from customers and handling any refunds or exchanges
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements

  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license and at least 12 months driving experience
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
