About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tesco Store Colleague to join our team in Winchester Andover Rd Esso Express store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a great shopping experience.

Availability Window

We are looking for someone who is available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and has a flexible approach to working hours. You will be required to work across the store, including in our service, picking and replenishment areas, and may be required to accept deliveries into the store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure they have a great shopping experience
  • Take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
  • Work well within a team and communicate openly with others
