Researcher Opportunity at VWA

VWA (Victoria Wall Associates) is partnering with a London-based boutique Executive Search firm to find talented Researchers to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a pre-eminent Private Equity and Investment Banking firm, offering incredible networking opportunities and a collaborative company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to candidates on the database and external sources to discuss potential opportunities
  • Support the team on existing and upcoming mandates, including preparing shortlists
  • Schedule meetings and interviews
  • Keep databases updated with candidate/client activity
  • Market mapping and research
  • Produce reports on market-relevant topics
  • General administration
Requirements:
  • Excellent academic record, including degree education (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate curiosity and tenacity
  • Be highly service-oriented and people-centric
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-orientated approach
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Prior office or customer service experience (required for entry-level Researcher role)
  • Prior executive search or client account management experience (required for experienced hire Researcher role)
