  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and audits, ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
  • Work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to support individuals in gaining independence and achieving positive outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in care management, preferably within a residential setting.
  • A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or a related field.
  • An ability to work effectively with individuals with learning disabilities and their families.
