Fitness Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Experience Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales and retention across our fitness clubs.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our members and guests.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our fitness products and services, working closely with the General Manager and Fitness Experience Manager to ensure our members are benefiting from the member journey.
- Upskill the member experience team members to a level where they can recommend all our products and services.
- Take ownership of all secondary retail spend, working towards KPIs for yourself and the team.
- Manage and develop a commercially aware front-of-house team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Have a full understanding of our membership software system, enabling you to manage member queries and provide excellent customer service.
- A role model for all club staff, leading by example with excellent customer service, commercial, and operational skills.
- An expert in all aspects of memberships, administration, and email communication.
- An inspirational leader for your team, modelling industry-leading service levels, and ensuring membership requests, queries, and complaints are dealt with promptly.
- Driven and ambitious, with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role.
- A change agent, utilising strong relationships with key personnel to implement new products and initiatives as and when required.
- Able to drop into operational key holder duties as and when the business requires.
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
- Target-focused, supporting the club with sales and retention towards achieving success for the business.
- Revenue-driven, growing the member spend per head.
