Job Purpose

To deliver an exceptional member experience, driving sales and retention through outstanding customer service and a thorough understanding of our fitness products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
  • Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
  • Develop a commercially aware front of house team, ensuring seamless delivery of member experiences.
  • Manage and develop a team of customer-facing staff, focusing on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Take ownership of all secondary retail spend, working towards KPIs for yourself and the team.
  • Collaborate with the GM and FEM to ensure members are benefiting from the member journey on offer.
