We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Leader to join our team in Clydebank. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising staff, managing stock levels, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will also play a key role in implementing promotional activities and ensuring that the store is always well-presented and welcoming.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including 26 days annual leave, pension scheme, and access to our employee assistance programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff and managing stock levels.
  • Implement promotional activities to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure that the store is always well-presented and welcoming, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to use point-of-sale systems and other software applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
