Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Academy Driver Part Time. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of service.

Your primary responsibilities will include collecting customer vehicles from their home or workplace, delivering them once work is completed, and providing first-class support. You will also be responsible for washing and vacuuming each vehicle to a high standard and supporting the cleanliness of the Autocentre.

To succeed in this role, you will need a full valid driving licence, some experience of dealing with customers face-to-face, and experience of working on your own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • • Collect customer vehicles from their home or workplace
  • • Deliver customer vehicles to them once work has been completed
  • • Provide the first-class support that our customers value
  • • Wash and vacuum each vehicle to a high standard
  • • Support with the cleanliness of the Autocentre
Requirements:
  • • A full valid driving licence, with no more than 9 points
  • • Some experience of dealing with customers face to face
  • • Experience of working on your own and as part of a team
