About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Care Support Specialist to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will provide day-to-day companionship and personal care to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Job Summary
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and respect at all times

In return for your dedication and compassion, we offer a competitive salary of £750 per week, paid travel costs, and access to a pension scheme and 28 days annual leave (pro rata).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, such as a care home or domiciliary care
  • Caring and compassionate nature, with excellent listening skills
  • Able to work independently, using initiative and common sense
