We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Carer to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care to each resident, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene.

You will also understand our resident's communication needs and adapt your communication to each individual, e.g. sounds, tones, body language. Additionally, you will provide emotional support to individuals and their families, working with significant people in our resident's life by giving them confidence and reassurance and involving them in our resident's care.

If you possess these qualities, or have worked in a retail, supermarket, warehouse or other customer facing environments then no experience of working as a Care Assistant is necessary.
