Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to join our team at Trust In SODA. As an IT Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, structuring, leading, and direction of a divisional programme of work, a programme of interrelated projects, or a large project with major sub-projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial oversight, including costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risk management, ensuring delivery within scope and budget.
  • Lead programme teams, translating business requirements into actionable plans and maintaining a strong focus on delivering business benefits.
  • Develop and implement programme strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize programme requirements.
  • Manage programme resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Ensure programme deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in programme management, particularly with infrastructure and cloud projects.
  • PRINCE2 certification or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of IT, including desktop, hardware, LAN/WAN, and familiarity with Microsoft Project.
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build a cohesive project community.
  • In-depth knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to gain SC clearance.
