About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Management Specialist to join our team in ENGINEERINGUK. As an IM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient information management and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in information management from one or more projects and programmes. You should be an effective team member and have the ability to help and train others.

In this role, you will follow IM processes effectively and efficiently, adhere to standards (inc ISO19650) for client-facing projects and programmes. You will also contribute to ensuring the project/programme IM function is effective and efficient such that project personnel can access information they need.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure documents and project artefacts are to standard, labelled and filed appropriately.
  • Contribute to the setup, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE).
  • Contribute to global digital centre of excellence including body of knowledge, processes, case studies.
