Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing & Audiences Operations team as a Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in business management, operational strategy, and project management.
Main Responsibilities- Develop an understanding of organisations and how they work, applying your new learning in your role at the BBC.
- Explore considerations such as external environments, organisational strategy, markets, and processes, and how they all work together.
- Reflect on your experiences of business management practice to produce and apply new understanding and skills in the workplace.
- Gain a broad range of graduate and professional skills to enhance your performance in your role and develop your career.
You will study for your industry-recognised apprenticeship qualification, learning both on and off the job, covering areas such as operational strategy, project management, and business finance. This involves studying for your BSc (Hons) degree in Management Practice and Maths and English if not previously achieved.
