Job Title: General Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a General Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service provision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, and snacks to students and staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and staff, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in education catering or a similar environment.
  • Good health and safety knowledge.
  • Flexible and can-do attitude, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Fun and enthusiastic team player with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
